In the summer of 2019, our team player Ivan Belchin successfully completed one of his life’s goings and swam through the open waters of the Bosphorus Strait connecting continents of Asia to Europe and by crossing distance of 6500 meters swimming. To cross continental Bosphorus distance is a challenging task.
It is famous for its intricate strong currents accompanying swimmers half the way before they carry swimmers to the finish line in the incredibly blue waters of the Sea of Marmara while crossing continents.
Congratulations to Ivan! We wish him not to dwell on the conquered peaks, set new goals and successfully accomplish them.
